Founder, George Lawley, was born in London to a family of boat builders. He moved his family business to Massachusetts around 1874, during the yacht boom. In 1885 and 1886, two of Lawley's company's boats, the Puritan and the Mayflower, won America's Cup. CONDITION This 80+ year old Item is rated Near Mint Very Fine. Light foxing and
