The protagonist of this creation is patchouli, harvested from fields in Indonesia, where its leaves are dried and then wetted with water to ferment and be distilled for many hours in iron stills. The patchouli used by Rosendo Mateu in No. 7 is obtained through a molecular distillation process that yields the
