Château La Soujeole Grand Vin 2019 75cl vin rouge biodynamique Heritage fulfilment at Château la SoujeoleThe harvest is done by hand with sorting carried out in the vineyard and at the winery. The grapes are destemmed and then vatted for vinification by traditional maceration. Each plot and each grape variety are vinified separately. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels for 12 months. At each stage of the ageing process through to bottling, particular attention is paid to respecting the rhythms of biodynamics.
