Instituted 25 April 1834 by Duke Wilhelm. (1903 1918 issue). Constructed of silver, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the obverse bearing the wreathed and crowned monogram of Duke Wilhelm, the reverse bearing a raised inscription of IMMOTA FIDES (ALWAYS FAITHFUL), situated above oak leaf branches, unmarked, measuring 31. 11 mm in diameter, weighing 12. 8 grams, in extremely fine
